The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and the payment is confirmed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Domestic orders usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination. International delivery usually takes about 20 – 30 business days but can take longer from time to time in both cases.
Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
